Update - Goals

I didn't get to blog yesterday on Monday. It was an emotional evening. Today is much better!

Last year, June 09-Aug 09 I went from 168 lbs down to 135 lbs. I felt so good and looked great. But I let the jealously of negative women at Curves get to me and I gained back 23 lbs. As of Jan. 1st, I weighed 158 lbs. I quit drinking McDonalds Sweet Tea and I lost 5 lbs as of Jan. 19th by just not drinking the sugar water and eating that for lunch 3 days a week...lol. The other day the kids gave me a McDonalds fry (I loved them) and I ate one and I was like "omg....I used to eat a large fry?? It is saturated in grease and salt....gross!!" That was a good feeling!

We started back at the YMCA on Jan. 20th. Since then we have went every morning at 5am during the week and have went and worked out at least one day on the weekends. As of yesterday, Monday I am down to 147 (-11 lbs) in less than a month. I do watch my calorie intake, workout, and think positive thoughts daily.

I don't want you to think "she's already skinny, she's doesn't need to lose any weight." Well think again. I have goals and want to meet them by my birthday in April. I want to be 130 lbs and back into my size 6 jeans. That is my goal and I would appreciate any and all support I can get. I work my butt off at the Y for 60 mins a day and workout at Curves 3-4 days a week for at least 30 mins+.

I have to thank my husband for all the help and support he gives me daily. He keeps me motivated. It would be so much fun to do a couples "Biggest Loser" if we could find a few couples and put $ in a "pot." Money motivates us all!! Have a great day!!
