Great Raw Day!

Today started out with a wonderful Monday workout. Treadmill for 35 mins jogging 75% of the time, Strength training and then Ski machine. I was 60% raw today. I felt good but just craving "warm" food! Scotty made us Green Smoothie for Breakfast. Then I had an banana and mandraine for snack. For lunch Scotty made us a very yummy fruit smoothie. Then had orange for afternoon snack. Had a good supper with warm food. lol Have a great night everyone!
