Today started out fantastic! Had the best workout ever. Did 35 minutes on Treadmill jogging most of it at 4.4 mph. Did 15 minutes of Weight Training, then 10 mins on Wave Machine!
Ate Raw all morning, starting with Shake, then Banana and Mandrane. Lunch and supper was cooked, but hey its a start!
Had lots of energy all day!! Loved it! Night all! :)
