Happy Saturday!

On Friday Scotty and I took off for Chicago. He had to run up there and pick up a Computer for one of their Warehouses. Then our next destination was "Cousin's Incredible Vitality Raw Food Restaurant" It was a very nice, spotless, clean, orderly place. It smelled just like our kitchen! lol They had a "salad bar" with lots of Raw dishes (they offer this 7 days a week.) Then they had a full menu with lots of choices. We picked three appetizers, "salad bar" and then had a little dessert plate. Well all this was very yummy but I realized after we left that I am much more of a simple Raw eater and NOT Gourmet! All those different dishes (too many different pestos and such) did not settle well in my tummy at all and I was sick for hours afterwards. Now today I feel very good! Right now all I am craving is an organic raw apple!! LOL So next time we visit any Raw Restaurant I will settle for one dish and be very happy!! Overall It was a great experience and the waiter, Ben and waitress, Paige were very nice and made us feel at home! It was a great atmosphere and I would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Well tomorrow is my birthday, today we are off to take our daughter to a dance camp in Marion then going to Ft. Wayne to the Three Rivers Co-Op to pick up lots of simple lol fruits, veggies, and greens for this upcoming week!! We didn't make it last week so we can't wait to go. Then tonight is my birthday dinner with my Parents....Our weekly visit to Logan's Roadhouse! Then tomorrow all Raw baby!!!! Have a beautiful day!! Peace and Love!
